Marksman Custom Rate Sheets are an ideal service for lenders who want to save time by including customized rate sheets. Mortech’s rate sheet developers work directly with the lender to determine the size and design of the rate sheet.
Single or multiple page rate sheets with the lender’s logo are typically completed within ten business days. Upon completion, the lender can simply activate the rate sheet daily by opening an Excel file and pricing will be extracted from the Marksman account then loaded into the rate sheet.
· Virtually maintenance-free
· Displays the lender’s logo and company colors, giving you a
customized appearance· Pulls pricing directly from lender’s Marksman account
Mortech offers five different types of custom rate sheets:
· The traditional rate sheet allows lenders to display products in
a format similar to most correspondent investors. It gives the
ability to group products with adjustments, display fees, closing
dates and any additional text requested. This rate sheet is
extremely flexible, making it by far the most common layout
used by Mortech's current customers.· The product comparison rate sheet displays numerous
correspondent investors side-by-side. The rate information is
based on a specific lock-in-day. Products are aligned in a
vertical fashion, allowing a comparison of up to ten
correspondent investors. This rate sheet is designed to be
distributed to internal personnel, giving a best price summary.· The dynamic rate sheet is designed to populate a large list of
products on an investor-by-investor basis. If the investor does
not have a product in the product list, the rate sheet is dynamic
enough that it will not leave blank boxes between products.· The Mortgagebot rate sheet automatically fills your rate sheet
criteria for Mortgagebot.· The loan amount comparison rate sheet displays an array of
products with a specified lock-period, giving a snapshot of each
product with several loan amounts.
